I'm just starting out, which poi should i get?
The most popular poi sets for beginners, are the 50mm wicks and the 75mm wicks. The wick size just determines how big the flame is. So the 50mm wick is 50mm or 5cm wide. The flame is small than the 75mm wide wick.
Just depends how adventurous you are feeling. 75mm is the top seller, as it's a nice weight, and a good size flame.

What length should i get?
The length is relative to your height. If you are
Height : Shorter than 165cm
Poi Length Recommended : Small 600mm (60cm)
Height: 165cm - 175cm
Poi Length Recommended : Medium 675mm (67.5cm)
Height: 176cm and taller
Poi Length Recommended : Large 750mm (75cm)
