98% of all orders go out within 1-2 business days. 
Some products are made to order, so we may need extra time to make it.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched our estimated transit guidelines within Australia are:

  • Brisbane, Gold Coast Metro: 2-3 business days

  • Other QLD: 3-7 business days

  • Sydney, Canberra: 3-5 business days 

  • Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 4-6 business days

  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 4-10 business days

 

EXPRESS POST

Express Post is an option at checkout if your delivery suburb is part of the Australia Post Express Post network.  

Oversize items (longer than 100cm) and fuel cannot be sent Express Post.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use different shipping carriers, depending on the location and size of your order. They include Australia Post, Startrack Express, Aramex and DHL Express.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

The most economical shipping method is selected for Flat Rate shipping.

 

FREE SHIPPING DISCOUNT

We’re stoked to offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $499 AUD and FREE standard shipping internationally on all orders over $599 AUD

This is our way of saying thanks and making it easier to get the gear you love, straight to your door.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent using the most economical method available, usually via Australia Post. Please note that expedited or express shipping is not available with free shipping offers.

Please note: Orders containing dangerous goods (such as fuels or flammable items) or oversize items (one piece staffs >105cm) do not qualify for free shipping due to carrier restrictions. If you place an order with dangerous goods, our team will be in touch directly after checkout to confirm shipping options and costs.

 

DANGEROUS GOODS

Items such as Firelight and Firespark must be sent via courier only (no PO Boxes). DG surcharge may apply based on location. Choose Flat Rate at checkout – invoice sent if needed. Australia only.

 

ORDER TRACKING

All our parcels are sent with tracking. You can check your tracking number in our chat app here.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes we send items internationally everyday. We offer two shipping options for you to choose from DHL Express or Australia Post. 
DHL is the fastest and most reliable, but is more expensive. 
Australia Post International is more economical but slower and is handled by your national post service once your order lands in your country eg. USA = USPS, UK = Royal Mail. Visit their website and enter your tracking no. for local, up-to-date tracking details.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and your delivery location. There's a shipping calculator on each of our product pages to give you an estimated freight cost.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for checking and understanding their country's customs and tax laws. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the shipping costs charged by Threeworlds. Any applicable additional fees must be paid directly to your local customs office before your order can be delivered.

Important Notes:

  • Threeworlds will not issue refunds for shipments refused due to unpaid customs or tax charges.
  • If customs fees are not paid, the order may be returned to us at your expense. 
  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded, even if the order is returned.
  • Customs fees you paid to receive your order are non-refundable, even if the order is returned.

Customs processing and delays may occur, potentially affecting the delivery time of your order.

 

SHIPPING PROTECTION (Optional)

We offer optional Shipping Protection for customers who want extra peace of mind.

What Shipping Protection includes:

  • Priority Claims Handling: We skip the standard 10-14 business day postal investigation and process your replacement priority.

  • No-Hassle Process: No need to fill out complex carrier claim forms; we handle the entire recovery process for you.

Note: Choosing not to purchase shipping protection does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; however, standard carrier investigation times and proof-of-delivery protocols will apply to any claims.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

We do our best to get orders to you quickly, but please note that delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Threeworlds is not responsible for minor delays caused by couriers, peak seasons or weather. We recommend ordering well in advance for time-sensitive events. 


DELIVERY & SECURE ADDRESSES

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure shipping address.

  • Proof of Delivery: Once the courier provides proof of delivery to the nominated address (such as a GPS tag or signature), the goods are considered delivered.

  • Stolen Items: If an item is stolen after it has been successfully delivered to your secure location, we recommend contacting your local police.

  • Check Your Details: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Threeworlds cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect address information. Any extra shipping costs for redelivery are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Your Rights: This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

If you've been sent the wrong item or have any other issues with your order, please get in contact with us within 30 days from receipt. 

 

WARRANTY

All products made by Threeworlds come with a one-year manufacturer's guarantee against faulty craftsmanship. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

If you experience a problem, usually the quickest and easiest way to get this resolved is to show us. Simply take a quick photo or video and send it through to us by email. We will often be able to assess and resolve most issues quickly and remotely.

 

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW NOTICE

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
