Threeworlds Warranty Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel comfortable knowing you should always receive a product free from defects. We inspect everything, but hey, we're only human. If you do happen to get a faulty product, we'll make it right!

Our Brands

We design and manufacture many of our products here in Burleigh Heads, Australia.
All Threeworlds manufactured products come with a 12 month manufacturing warranty*. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Faulty Item

We will repair, exchange or refund a product where the product is faulty or not of acceptable quality. Damage caused by misuse, physical damage or neglect is not covered.

* Threeworlds reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund.

Products not manufactured by us may come with their own warranties such as Flowtoys or Fibreflies and these warranties are handled directly by these brands.  The product may need to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine the nature of the issue.
